The focus of our blog is helping to amplify the voices of UK-based grassroots activists, thinkers and communicators who are committed to living for Jesus and justice.
- We want to tell the stories of Jesus-inspired local activism and community work that is making a real difference, especially in communities hardest hit by poverty, violence, exclusion and other forms of systemic injustice.
- We want to speak into national issues and current events, bringing a perspective deeply informed by Jesus.
- We want to amplify and provide a protected space for voices that come from within marginalised communities.
- We want our stories and reflections to be no more than a step or two away from the words of Jesus, and we’d like our theological articles to never be more than a step or two away from the lives of real people.
So send us your blogposts (1200 words or less please) and please include a 2 sentence bio about you with your submission!
We’d also love to hear if you have writing, editing or film-making skills you’d like to volunteer wherever they are needed. And if you have a story to tell, but need help telling it (via writing or film) we’d love to hear about that too!
