Living for Jesus and Justice

We are very pleased to welcome Roy Searle and Michael Kohl to our 8am Morning Pause team .

Roy is an Associate of The Commons Cooperative and the NorthumbrianCollective, which he helped found, and currently lives in Newcastle upon Tyne. Roy is a valued leader in the British Baptist Church with oversight of pioneers. He brings a wealth of experience in New Monasticism and some much valued “Northern Soul” to our team.

Michael is the founder and manager of West End Impact and Pastor at Morecambe Community Church. He has a passion for those pushed to the margins, and is a great musician and lyricist.

Roy will lead us on Thursdays from May until mid July. He promises to invite some of his friends from the Commons Cooperative.

Michael will help lead Mondays, bringing the grit and hope from his community to encourage and inspire us.

300-400 folk join us some point every day – our livestream stays on the page for 30 days so you can join whenever you have 20 mins to be still. We find this shared pause resources us to live for Jesus & Justice.

We livestream to our main Face Book page:

These are places where local activists and leaders share news, events and prayers. Have a look and see what is going on in your locality.

Red Letter Christians UK is a relational network for those who want to live for Jesus and Justice. Our focus is connecting and supporting Christian activists and community leaders across the UK. We aim to provide practical tools for developing advocacy and organising skills alongside deepening spiritual resilience. We seek out spiritual and tactical resonance, creating opportunities to pursue justice together. We aim to amplify prophetic voices from the margins who bring spiritual depth, experience and a healthy dose of challenge to national conversations.
